Schedule & Weather Policy
We run fixed weekly and biweekly routes. Your service day stays consistent so you always know when to expect us.
- Weather delays: If we have to skip due to rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule within 1–2 business days.
- We don't skip based on perceived growth. If you're on a biweekly schedule, we show up every two weeks. Consistent mowing produces a healthier lawn.
- To skip a visit, give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations after crew dispatch or upon arrival may incur a $25 trip charge.
- Clients with repeated cancellations may be removed from our recurring route.
- Active season: March through October. Service pauses November through February unless otherwise arranged.
- Ensure gates are unlocked and accessible on your service day.
- Remove toys, hoses, furniture, and debris from the lawn before we arrive. We'll mow around items left in the yard.
- Dogs must be secured inside on service days.
- Dog waste must be cleared before we arrive. We'll issue one warning for waste left in the service area. After that, a $25 cleanup fee will be added to that visit's invoice.
- If the property is inaccessible upon arrival, we may skip service and charge a $25 trip fee.
- Precision Yard Co. is not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked irrigation heads, invisible fence lines, shallow utility lines, buried cables, or objects concealed in tall grass. Please disclose all underground systems prior to service.
Payment is due day of service for cash and digital payments; net-7 for invoiced clients.
- Accepted: Venmo, CashApp, Cash, Check, Card on File, Invoice
- Recurring clients may set up a card on file for automatic billing.
- Accounts 7+ days past due may be paused until the balance is resolved.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-payment fee.
By using our services, you grant Precision Yard Co. permission to photograph your property before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be disclosed. You may opt out in writing at any time.
No cancellation fees. No long-term commitments. Either party can cancel at any time.
We ask for at least one week's notice so we can adjust our route — it's just a courtesy, not a requirement.
Precision Yard Co. reserves the right to terminate or pause service for: multiple cancellations, unsafe property conditions, aggressive animals, repeated payment delinquency, abusive conduct toward crew members, or route restructuring. Affected clients will be given as much notice as possible.
