Lawn Mowing in Abilene, TX
Small Route.
High Standard.
The same two people every visit. Your yard stops being something you think about.
Biweekly from $80 · Weekly from $65
We keep the route small on purpose. Send your address and we'll text you a firm price.
Two people.
One short route.
Nobody else touches your yard.
Precision Yard Co. is Corey and Mari. We own the business together and we do the work ourselves, so the same two people are at your yard every visit. No rotating crew, no subcontractors, nobody you haven't met.
We keep our route intentionally small. That's how we stay on schedule, notice the details, and hold the same standard visit to visit. We know what an Abilene summer does to a Bermuda lawn, and we cut on a schedule built to stay ahead of it.
Keeping it small means we can't take every yard. When you send your address, the first thing we check is whether we can hold this standard on your property. We'd rather say so early than stretch the route thin and let the work slip.
The parts that get rushed
are the parts we slow down for.
We're two owners running one short route, so nothing gets handed off and nothing gets rushed. Here is what that looks like on your yard.
A crisp, defined edge, every visit.
We cut a clean, defined edge where turf meets concrete, held between visits.
Sharp blades, every visit.
A dull blade tears Bermuda and leaves a gray cast across the lawn. A sharp one slices it, and the color holds.
Photos of your property, from day one.
We photograph the property on the first visit. If something comes up later, you hear it from us before you find it.
A text before you have to ask.
Every client gets a text the evening before their service day. You also hear from us if rain moves the route or we spot something in the yard. No reply needed, ever.
If we damage something, you hear it from us first. We're licensed and carry general liability insurance through NEXT Insurance, year-round. Small things we fix ourselves. Anything meaningful goes through the policy. Ask for the certificate of insurance and we'll send it before your first visit.
If a visit misses the standard, text us. We'll come back on our next route day and fix it, no charge. That's the whole policy. Keeping the route small is what leaves room for the extra trip.
What Abilene
homeowners say
I have a rental property that Precision Yard Co. has been taking care of for over a year! They do an amazing job. Hands down the best in town.
They come bi-weekly and mow my entire lawn with precision and top-notch quality. I also appreciate the frequent service reminders and updates whenever there's a scheduling change or any mitigating issue. Very reliable and professional overall.
Great folks! Honest and quick, they'll be up front about their services and respectful of the property. Couldn't be happier and can't recommend them enough!
One service.
Done completely, every visit.
Included on every visit
- Mow, trim, edge, blow
- The same full service on every plan
- The whole yard, front and back
Biweekly Mowing
From $80 / visit
Most of our route runs biweekly. Every other week is enough to keep a lawn looking sharp between visits.
- Cut at 3 to 4 inches
- Best for established lawns that hold their shape
- A fixed service day, every other week
Weekly Mowing
From $65 / visit
The tightest interval we run. A weekly visit stays ahead of growth on a lawn that pushes hard through an Abilene summer.
- Cut at 2.5 to 3 inches
- Best for irrigated lawns that keep growing through an Abilene summer
- A fixed service day, every week
Pricing
Priced by turf square footage. We confirm your final price after we review the lot and access. One-time cuts start at $100, above our recurring rate.
Not included
Mowing is what we do. Not included: weed pulling in beds, debris hauling, hedge trimming, leaf cleanup, irrigation repair, fertilization and weed control. Overgrown or neglected lawns are quoted separately for the first cut.
Season
We mow March through October and pause once the grass goes dormant. That date moves a little each year with the weather. Your spot on the route is held, not lost.

What people usually ask
Biweekly mowing starts at $80 a visit and runs most of our route. Weekly starts at $65 a visit. Both are priced by turf square footage, and both include mow, trim, edge, and blow. We measure your lot before we quote, so you get a firm number, not a guess.
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces are included on every visit. We cut a clean, defined edge where turf meets concrete, held between visits. We blow every hard surface clean before we leave.
No. Our route is built around recurring clients with full yard access in Abilene. We don't do front-yard-only jobs. One-time cuts are available at a premium. Text us your address and we'll give you a straight yes or no.
Abilene, Texas only. If you're outside that, we'll tell you straight rather than take you on and let service slip.
Text your address to (325) 261-9086 and you'll hear back within one business day. We work by text rather than phone. It keeps your address, quote, and schedule in writing, and it lets us reply between yards instead of missing a call.
We use a short service agreement, signed online before your first visit. It puts the schedule, pricing, and what's included in writing so nobody is guessing. There's no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.
Yes, at a premium. One-time cuts start at $100, since our regular rate is reserved for recurring clients. If you're starting recurring service, your first visit is billed at your normal rate unless the yard is overgrown or neglected, in which case we quote the first cut based on condition after we review the property.
All invoicing runs through Stripe. We send an invoice the day of service and you can pay by card, bank transfer, or Cash App Pay. Payment is due the day of service.
You get a service day, not an arrival time. Days are assigned by where you fall on our route, which is how we stay on schedule and keep drive time down. If rain pushes a day, the whole route shifts and we let you know.
