Precision Yard Co. is an owner-operated lawn care business based in Abilene, TX. When you contact us or become a client, we collect basic information: your name, phone number, and service address, so we can quote your job, schedule service, and get paid. We don't sell your data. This site carries no advertising or tracking pixels, and we're not building a profile on you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and which third-party tools handle it on our behalf.

When you contact us or request a quote:

• First and last name

• Service address
• Requested service type and any notes you include

When you become a recurring client:

• Service history and scheduling details, kept in our own route records
• Payment records, processed by Stripe. All invoicing runs through Stripe (card, bank transfer, or Cash App Pay). We do not accept or record separate peer-to-peer payments.

Automatically, when you visit our website:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected by our web host, Hostinger, for security and uptime purposes
• Aggregate site performance data via Google Search Console, with no personal identifiers

• To respond to your quote request or service inquiry
• To schedule and manage your recurring lawn service
• To send invoices and process payments
• To contact you about schedule changes, weather delays, or service updates
• To photograph your property for documentation, quality control, and marketing (see Photos section below)
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful

We use the following tools to run the business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We take documentation photos on your first visit only, for our own quality-control record and so any pre-existing issue on the property is on file before we start. Separately, we may also photograph properties before, during, and after any service visit for marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. No personally identifying information (your name, address, or contact details) is disclosed alongside photos. If you'd prefer we not use photos of your property for marketing, you may opt out at any time by letting us know in writing. A text message is fine.

We retain client records (name, address, service history, and payment records) for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and record-keeping purposes. If you'd like your information removed from our records, contact us directly and we'll handle it promptly, subject to any legal or financial record-keeping obligations.

• Opt out of property photos being used in marketing
